What is the fox to adding chocolate chips to brownies so that you feel them with when yous bite? Everytime I put them in the concoction they melt.

You can't eat them warm from the oven. Let them cool waaaaaaaaay down. Preferably for a whole 24-hour interval. So the chips will solidify again and take that nice "bite" to them.

I heard if you flour them before you put them in they will not sink to the bottom. I practice this for my Chocolate flake cookies too. Perchance that will help. I take used credibility mixes with chips in them and they don't melt.

You drop them on top about 2/three of the manner through baking, when the meridian has a slight skin on information technology. They sink into the skin, melt a fleck, and so harden up afterwards.

Try using chocolate chunks instead of chocolate chips. Yum!

What is the trick to calculation chocolate fries to brownies and so that you feel them with when yous bite? Everytime I put them in the batter they cook.
....hmmm, I ever add chips to mine and they never melt....I as well add some Bosco to my concoction.....

I have never had a problem with them staying difficult.........when they cool. Aforementioned equally cookies.

Y'all drop them on height almost 2/3 of the way through baking, when the pinnacle has a slight peel on it. They sink into the skin, melt a bit, then harden up afterwards.
